PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for stably and efficiently manufacturing a light reflection plate with a simple method, and also to provide the light reflection plate manufactured by the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: By using a tandem system extrusion foaming molding machine 1, molding material including a thermoplastic resin is melted, an inactive gas in the supercritical state is mixed into the melted molding material and is dissolved in a high dispersion state, thereafter, the melted molding material with the inactive gas dissolved therein is extruded from a die 4 while being foamed and, thereby, a micro cellular foam is foamed and molded by extrusion. Subsequently, the obtained micro cellular foam is compressed and extended and, thereby, the light reflection plate is obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
