PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve weight balance between the left and right sides of a vehicle provided with an ABS. SOLUTION: In a motorcycle provided with the ABS, a modulator 64 constituted of a motor, a pump, a hydraulic pipe and a solenoid valve, etc. is arranged side by side with a battery 66 on a lower side of a seat 76, to constitute the ABS. The heavy modulator 64 and battery 66 are centralized at the vehicle body center under the seat 76. Mass is centralized by superposing a rear cushion unit 38 on a vehicle body center line 91.
