METHOD FOR PREDICTING ISCHEMIC VENTRICULAR RHYTHM DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC CARDIAC DISEASE

FIELD: medicine, cardiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: a patient should pass through electrocardiographic testing in the course of the test based upon physical loading. Then it is necessary to carry out repeated loading trial. In case of available reproducible ventricular rhythm disorders (VRD) it is necessary to conduct paired pharmacological trials with nitroglycerin. Moreover, one should diagnose VRD of ischemic genesis in case of escaped previously reproducible VRD. If VRD quantity at loading trial remains the same or increases one should consider ventricular arrhythmias to be sympatho-dependent ones. The innovation suggested enables to detect the group of patients with true ischemic arrhythmias among ICD-patients, sympatho-dependent ones among them. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of diagnostics. ^ 8 dwg, 9 ex
