<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shielding coating material which has a peeling resistance in a high-temperature use and has a high heat-shielding effect, to provide a heat-shielding coating member and its production method, to provide a turbine part coated with the heat-shielding coating material, and to provide a gas turbine. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-shielding member is composed of a heat-resistant substrate, a bond coat layer formed on the heat-resistant substrate, and a ceramic layer formed on the bond coat layer, wherein the ceramic layer includes a ceramic represented by the formula: A<SB>2</SB>Zr<SB>2</SB>O<SB>7</SB>(wherein A is a rare earth element) and has (a) a porosity rate of 1 to 30%, and (b) cracks or (c) columnar crystal formed at intervals of 5 to 100% of the thickness of the entire layer except the bond coat layer on the heat-resistant substrate in the thickness direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
