<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which does not need a mold releasing film, and manufactures a one-sided metal foil laminate of polymer capable of forming an optically anisotropic melt phase, especially, to provide a means to manufacture a one-sided metal foil laminate having a thin layer of the above polymer having improved isotropy. <P>SOLUTION: A double-sided metal foil laminate 11 comprising: a polymer layer 2 capable of forming an optically anisotropic melt phase; a metal foil layer 3 joined to the top surface thereof; and a metal foil layer 3 joined to the under surface thereof is torn to the thickness direction of the polymer layer 2 into the top surface and the under surface to manufacture a one-sided metal foil laminates (11a) and (11b). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
