PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin detergent composition excellent in foam qualities at the time of washing and also in moist feeling and puffy feeling after washing. SOLUTION: The skin detergent composition comprises an amphoteric copolymer (A) having an anionic monomer/cationic monomer mass ratio of 0.2-0.3 and an amphoteric copolymer (B) having the anionic monomer/cationic monomer mass ratio of 0.35-2.0.
