<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that while it is necessary to use a formwork, wherein a protruded part for forming a recessed part is provided to the inner surface of a frame plate, heretofore in order to form the recessed groove, which guides water, to the back or reverse surface of a concrete block but the structure of the formwork becomes complicated and, at the time of the disassembling of the formwork, the concrete block is hard to release and the mouth edge part of the recessed groove is easily broken to fall at the time of mold release. <P>SOLUTION: The formwork 1 of which the upper surface is opened, a set frame 2, to which a plurality of rod-shaped bodies 21 for forming the recessed groove are integrally attached, and a vibrator 3 for vibrating the formwork 1 are used in order to form the water guiding recessed groove 13 (or 13A) to the back 12 (or 12A) of a block main body and, in a state that the formwork 1 is filled with ready-mixed concrete 6 up to a predetermined height and the set frame 2 is placed on the upper surface of the reading-mixed concrete 6, the formwork 1 is vibrated by a vibrator 3 to allow the rod-shaped bodies 21 of the set frame 2 to sink in the upper surface part of the ready-mixed concrete 6 by the depth of the recessed groove 13. After the ready-mixed concrete 6 is cured, the set frame 2 is detached and the formwork 1 is disassembled to manufacture the concrete block with the recessed groove. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
