<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purchase data collecting system, its method, a management device and a program that can realize selling time management allowing acquisition of merchandise purchase history information associated with purchasers' characteristics without being limited to stores/groups. <P>SOLUTION: A portable communication terminal 10 transmits receipt information which is merchandise purchase history, and purchase information including monitor information allowing the identification of a purchaser who is an information provider, to a receiving agent 20 and a totaling agent 30 through a network.
