PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling unit connecting structure for a refrigeration apparatus capable easily carrying out attachment and detachment work of a cooling unit. SOLUTION: Since a return duct 5 is provided for communicating air in a commodity housing part 2 into the cooling unit 4 via an air outlet 2e and an air inlet 4g, and a supply duct 6 is provided for communicating air cooled by the cooling unit 4 into the commodity housing part 2 via an air discharge opening 4h and an air inflow port 2f, the cooling unit 4 can be connected to a showcase body 1 without lifting the cooling unit 4 in a machine chamber 3 of the showcase body 1, and the attachment and detachment work of the cooling unit 4 can be carried out very easily.
