PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet stacking device capable of matching and stacking a large amount of sheet bundles with excellent accuracy, and clarifying the sorting between the sheet bundles without impairing the productivity of an image forming device. SOLUTION: A conveying means to convey sheets discharged from an image forming device has a sheet turning and discharging mechanism to turn the sheet in the sheet plane, and a sheet stacking tray having an inclined face to stack the sheets while adjacent two sides of the conveyed sheets being directed downward in the gravity direction. A reference wall to allow the adjacent two sides butted thereto is provided. The reference wall is reciprocally movable around the reference position, and the sheet can be matched and stacked with high accuracy by vibrating the reference wall and utilizing the self weight of the paper sheets while stacking the paper sheets on the reference wall.
