PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical molding method and an apparatus which manufacture various three-dimensional moldings from a small-sized one to a large-sized one with a high molding accuracy without generating unevenness in hardness at a high molding speed with sufficient productivity, and to provide an optical three-dimensional molding method and an optical three-dimensional molding apparatus which can smoothly manufacture a high quality three-dimensional molding having high molding accuracy and not having unevenness in hardness at a high molding speed even when using an inexpensive light source like a usual ultraviolet lamp without using an expensive ultraviolet laser apparatus. SOLUTION: The optical molding method comprises the steps of; using a surface-like drawing mask which can continuously change mask pictures dynamically; moving the surface-like drawing mask continuously in parallel state to the surface of a photo-curable resin composition; making the mask pictures of the surface-like drawing mask to correspond to profile patterns of a photo-cured resin layer to be formed, and making them to synchronize with the migration of the surface-like drawing mask and to change continuously; projecting light on the surface of the photo-curable resin composition through the surface-like drawing mask; and forming a photo-cured resin layer having predetermined profile patterns.
