FIELD: agriculture, in particular seed pretreatment. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed coating contains aqueous fixing agent, fluid by product from reprocessing of plant raw materials or fermentation and emulsified oil in amount not more than fluid by product from reprocessing of plant raw materials. Coating also contains powdered fertilizer comprising nutrients and necessary microelements, and/or other plant growth effecting components. Moreover invention relates to seeds coated with abovementioned coating and coating method. Said method includes seed treatment in seed treatment apparatus. Abovementioned fixing agent is added to seeds followed by addition of abovementioned powdered fertilizer. Also disclosed is method for plant growth improving in the earlier growth step by increasing of phosphorus digestion.
