A modular display system 10 comprises a display module 12 which is provided with a cutaway portion 24. This portion is designed to accon-imodate an external interface module 14, which, in turn, is provided with a number of external device interfaces 16. The external interface module may thus be exchanged for another such module, enabling the display module to operate with a range of devices which supply audiovisual information in a variety of formats. |
