The device has hallow needles moving in holes of a casing wall (5) of a tube (1). The needles include inner channels that form a guiding channel for a thread. The guiding channel includes a connecting section for connecting front ends of the inner channels. The section is connected with the tube by a slot and is covered by a closing device. A section of the thread is deployed through the slot from the section into the outer space.
