<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the various settings of the stand-by picture of portable equipment or the use picture of a grouped telephone book or the like by using a strap equipped with an IC tag. <P>SOLUTION: This portable equipment to be mounted with an object having an IC tag including a rewritable non-volatile storage element, is provided with an IC tag reader/writer for performing radio communication with an IC tag, a storage means for storing use picture information and ID information to be displayed on a display means by associating them with each other and a control means for retrieving the storage means based on the ID information read from the IC tag through the IC tag reader/writer, and for extracting the corresponding use picture information, and for making the display means display it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
