The co-processor (1) with inlet (8) and outlet (4) has electrical and thermal connection over which it is connected and penetrating it on one side with anode-chamber (6) of first fuel cell (26) and its opposite side connected with cathode-chamber (14) of second fuel cell. The thermal and electrical connection has two guiding plates and frame (13) which connects both guiding plates as interconnector. The two guiding plates together form a closed chamber and which provide a recuperator, a reformer, a catalytic heater and in another chamber a thermal resistor and a Peltier element. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) Fuel cell-honeycomb-power station; and (B) Method for operating the fuel cell process.
