The platform consists of wind-driven watercraft whose cruise drift is converted into electric current by water turbine (3). The electric current is supplied to technical processes installed on the board. The electric current can be used for converting biomass into liquid hydrocarbons, for generating hydrogen and for desalination of seawater.
