PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film comprising a cured membrane of a photosensitive resin composition curable by energy lays, having high refractive index and excellent in antistaticity, hardness and transmittance, and to provide an anti-reflection film having low reflectance and excellent in antistatic properties and scratch resistance when using the cured membrane of the photosensitive resin composition as a high refractive index layer. SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition comprises a compound (A) having two or more ethylenic unsaturated groups in a molecule, a metallic oxide (B) having 1-200 nm primary particle size and a photopolymerization initiator (C), wherein the metallic oxide (B) comprises each one or more selected from the following conductive metallic oxide (B-1) group and transparent metallic oxide (B-2) group, where (B-1) is zinc antimonate, tin oxide-doped indium oxide and the like and (B-2) is titanium oxide, zirconium oxide and the like.
