PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve for promoting atomization, by securing a fuel injection characteristic corresponding to an engine operation state. SOLUTION: This fuel injection valve 10 injects fuel into an internal combustion engine, and has a nozzle port plate 21 arranged on the tip of the fuel injection valve 10 and forming a nozzle port 27 for injecting the fuel, and an air intake plate 24 for covering at least a part of the outer peripheral side of the nozzle port 27 among the downstream end of the nozzle port plate 21. A space part 23 partitioned by the air intake plate 24 and the nozzle port plate 21, communicates with the periphery in a position dislocated in the peripheral direction, and an air hole 28 is arranged on the inner peripheral side of the air intake plate 24.
