PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing table for a medical diagnostic apparatus, which is more safely and reliably operated, and to provide a medical diagnostic apparatus. SOLUTION: A subject is mounted on and carried in a body axial direction concerning the photographing table for the medical diagnostic apparatus. The table is provided with a top plate 21 for mounting the subject; an intermediate support part 22 for supporting the top plate so as to be carried in the body axial direction; a mount 23 for supporting the intermediate support part so as to be carried in the body axial direction; and a control part for bringing in the intermediate support part positioned at a substantially most retreating place to a middle part by a first driving force required at least for bringing in the subject, and then, bringing it in by a second driving force which is larger than the first force.
