A mobile station separating part (103) separates the base station FFT signal (S_BFFT) such that it corresponds to a mobile station, based on a frequency channel signal (S_BCH) that is received from a frequency channel signal generating part (105) and that is indicative of the correspondence between a frequency channel and an identification number assigned to the mobile station. Delay profile estimating circuits (104-1 to 104-M) corresponding to respective mobile stations estimate delay profiles from respective input mobile station separation signals (S_BDMX), and output delay profile estimation signals (S_BDP (1)-(M)). In this way, the base station apparatus (100) estimates the delay profiles independently with respect to signals transmitted from a plurality of mobile stations and included in signals received within the ten-FDM-symbol time period.
