PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for pivoting an ultrasonic oscillator of a probe in an ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus, capable of obtaining a three-dimensional image with high quality by converting the driving force of a driving motor into the pivoting force of the ultrasonic oscillator without error. SOLUTION: The device for pivoting the ultrasonic oscillator of the probe 100 in the ultrasonic diagnosis apparatus, including a base and the multiple ultrasonic oscillator positioned on the base, comprises a pivot shaft 136 rotatably coupled to support the ultrasonic oscillator; a wire holder 138 coupled to one end of the pivot shaft; the driving motor 140; a hollow housing to be rotated together with the driving motor; an elastic member provided in the housing; and a wire rope assembly 160 to which a prescribed amount of tension is imparted from the elastic member. The elastic member includes a torsion coil spring. A hook part is formed by bending both the ends of the torsion coil spring.
