PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card with a moving framed illustration which comprises a frame fitted to the surface of an illustration depicting a face of mainly a human being or an animal and its background, on the left half space of the card, with a transparent sheet showing partial pictures of an eye part and a mouth/jaw part of the face, insetted in an inner frame and a transparent sheet cover representing a face picture having the eye part and mouth/jaw part cut out as see-through holes, attached to the upper surface of the transparent sheet, so as to realize the movement of the illustrated face during opening/closing the card. SOLUTION: This card comprises the frame with a level difference, fitted to the surface which represents the illustration depicting the face of mainly of a human being or an animal and their background, on the left half space of the doubled card. In addition, the card comprises the transparent sheet with the partial pictures of the eye part and the mouth/jaw part of the face and the transparent sheet cover with the eye part and the mouth/jaw part cut out as the see-through holes. Besides, the transparent sheet is suspended from the upper part of the frame using a thin-walled rubber string, and the tip of a pull thread for movement attached to the lower end part of the transparent sheet, is immobilized to the surface of the right half space of the card. Further, a decorative frame is provided on the upper surface of the frame, so that the illustration contrived so as to allow the change of the face during opening/closing the card, moves.
