<p>A paperboard three-dimensionally molded pallet having commercially sufficient rigidity of its load carrying surface and load capacity strength of its leg parts. The pallet is so designed that when it is finally treated as a waste, it can be recycled as new paperboard three-dimensionally molded pallets or a material for the other paper products requiring rigidity. The pallet comprises a paper-made plate-like top board member (1) and paper-made bottomed roughly cylindrical legs (2). A plurality of through holes (15) are formed in the top board member (1), and the bottomed roughly cylindrical legs (2) are joined to the top board member (1) with a water-soluble adhesive agent in the state of the bottomed roughly cylindrical legs (2) partly inserted into the through holes (15). The top board member (1) and the bottomed roughly cylindrical legs (2) used are pressurized, heated, and dehydrated in a mold to form them in specified shapes by using a water-absorbed laminated flat plate synthetic paper as a material.</p> |
