PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form coat capable of ensuring the strength of an ideal concrete to complete a strong building so as not to mix unnecessary water etc. with the cast concrete, being quickly and surely cured when rain, snow or the like fall in the middle of casting a ready-mixed concrete in a form or after it has been cast. SOLUTION: The form is covered with the semicircular or the triangular form coat of the quality of the light material such as a plastic, an FRP or the like which do not permeate a liquid such as water or the like, and it is installed in an upper side to catch the end section in the form by a clip 6 or the like. When the form coat is installed, rain or the like can be prevented without moving a bolt or the like by mistake.
