PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible flat cable capable of effectively restraining high-frequency noise by a noise-restraining function of a high electric resistivity with a small occupied area. SOLUTION: The flexible flat cable flatly coats both faces of a conductor row with a plurality of conductors 11 aligned on an identical plane with an electrically insulating coating material 9 each made of a polyimide coating material having a viscous layer 10. By bonding a metal foil 13 of an aluminum foil with its surface coated with a ferrite film 8 manufactured by a ferrite plating method on one of the faces (a top face) of the electric insulating coating film 9 through the viscous layer 10 at a side of the ferrite 8, the ferrite film 8 is installed on a base body of a cable material, so that the cable is downsized and saved in weight while being endowed with the high-frequency noise restraining function of high electric resistivity.
