PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic oil absorbing sheet, having very excellent oil absorbing property, very flexible to the touch, and enjoying oil absorbing before use and in the midway because of given a pattern. SOLUTION: This cosmetic oil absorbing sheet is formed of porous drawn film made of plastic material. An image forming oil agent is applied to the plastic film in such a quantity as to at least partially fill the holes of the plastic film, thereby giving the pattern to the plastic film.
