FIELD: forest industry, applicable, in particular, in cutting of sawlogs. ^ SUBSTANCE: the machine has a bed frame carrying crankshafts with tie rods positioned in the direction of log feed, cutting tools in the form of a system of yokes of the preset shapes, log feeding mechanism. The crankshafts are installed around the yokes, and the yokes are made in the form of frames with a compact fastening of strip outers, at least two crankshafts are installed at the top and at the bottom of the log inside the bed frame made in the form of an open frame. Holes are made in the frames, and the strip cutters are fastened in these holes on the side of the log feeding mechanism, besides, two strip cutters are installed on each frame on both sides of the log, and for processing of one side of the log the strip cutters are fastened on the frames with a shift to the center of the log in the direction of its feed, the teeth of the strip cutters are inclined to the center of the log. ^ EFFECT: enhanced capacity of production of shaped beams. ^ 4 dwg |
