The backrest has a pad forming a contact surface with its side surface at a vehicle body in a seating position. A locking/unlocking device for implementing manual/automatic folding of the back rest in a non-usage position by overcoming friction forces caused at the body due to pad overlapping. A rear seat is released and subsequent folding of the seat is implemented after inclination adjustment of the back rest in a front position (32).
