PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer using a curled print paper capable of ensuring the flatness of the print paper at a print part by straightening a curl of the print paper without increasing the dimension of the printer more than necessary, and increasing the cost more than necessary. SOLUTION: The printer comprises roller pairs 41 for holding a print paper P which are provided between a first feed unit U1 and a cutter unit U2 and a print unit U5, pull and hold the print paper P fed from the cutter unit U2, and feed the print paper to the print unit U5, and a downstream side guide member 57 which curves the print paper P to the side opposite to the curl caused by the roll set of the rolls. The roller pairs 41 constitute a curl straightening means to straighten the curl of the print paper P caused by the roll set of the rolls together with the downstream side guide member 57.
