PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform piercing or burring of a plurality of portions in a cylindrical steel sheet by press working inexpensively, accurately and in a simple fashion. SOLUTION: A slid type die-holder support 7 is provided in a die holder 3 which is supported by a cantilever in order to fix the cylindrical steel sheet. Consequently, the die holder 3 is not deflected because load on the die holder 3 at the press working is reduced and working is accurately performed and the die holder 3 is not damaged because the abnormality of a clearance between an upper punch 8 and a die 5 does not occur.
