PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator applicable to an application to which mechanical action by a simple actuator is not suitable and which requires delicate damping effect. SOLUTION: The actuator with a damper function is composed of a piston dividing an inside of a cylinder into a first and a second chamber and including a communication part keeping communication between each chamber, a liquid pressure cylinder provided with a piston rod connected to the piston and a liquid pressure pump operating the liquid pressure cylinder as one unit.
