PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED display device equipped with a structure that is superior in workability of repair and maintenance checking. SOLUTION: The LED tiling module comprises a module substrate, a large number of LED lamps, electronic circuit components, connectors, and a fixture. The module substrate is a rectangular both-side printed wiring board; each LED lamp is arranged into a matrix form at a constant pitch on the front surface of the module substrate; each electronic circuit component is soldered onto the back of the module substrate, to form a driving circuit of each LED lamp; the connectors are soldered onto the back of the module substrate; the height dimension from the substrate surface is larger than the height of each electronic component; and the fixture is attached at the back of the tool hole site of the module substrate.
