In the relaxed state of the elastic tape, the curtains become automatically folded. The elastic tape has on the front a fleece side (2), so that the curtain can be attached directly to the window frame through an adhesive burr tape. Additional loop threads (1) or slits can be provided to take curtain runner hooks for fitting in a curtain track.
