A substantially circular electrode (3) is provided on a front plane (2A) of a dielectric substrate (2) of a TM010 mode oscillator (1). On a rear plane (2B) of the dielectric substrate (2), a connecting line (5) extending along a diameter of the substantially circular electrode (3) is provided, and rear plane electrodes (7) are provided on the both sides in the width direction of the connecting line (5). On a front plane of an external substrate (10), a signal line (11) and a grounding electrode (13) are provided except at a position facing the connecting line (5). The signal line (11) is connected with the connecting line (5) of the TM010 mode resonator (1), and the grounding electrode (13) is connected with the rear plane electrodes (7).
