PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put a plurality of spacecrafts by a single run of launching into different terrestrial orbits or inter-planet orbits. SOLUTION: A plurality of spacecrafts coupled with a supporting craft are put once into an inter-planet orbit having a certain synchronization with the earth revolving period, and in the following operation to allow them to re-meet the earth and pass its neighboring area (swinging by), the orbit changing operation and separation of the spacecrafts are performed one by one properly through the work of the supporting craft so as to change their passing points near the earth, and thereby the orbit elements thereafter are altered craft by craft to a great extent. The supporting craft decides the orbits while it takes a sufficient time till half a month or several days before the closest passing time in the earth swing-by operation occurs, and on the basis thereof applies one after another orbit corrections of the orders of magnitude of several m/sec and separates the spacecrafts one by one. Control of the orbit conditional amount during this operation is accomplished by the inertial navigation process based upon the accelerometer mounted on the supporting craft and the attitude information.
