The apparatus performs a handover between first and second mobile communication networks according to the movement of a user who uses a mobile terminal for supporting both first and second mobile communication services to establish a call connection state. A mobile communication network includes at least two mobile communication systems adapting mutually independent communication methods and a mobile terminal using the two mobile communication systems.
