A method of compensation of gyro-moment with rotation of the first flywheel (1) around local axis (2) and its simultaneous moving. The second flywheel (4) is rotated around the same local axis (2) in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the first flywheel (1) and both flywheels (1, 4) are synchronously moved along closed trajectory (6) around common axis (7) located outside the centers of weights (8, 9) of flywheels (1, 4) perpendicularly to the local axis (2).
