The anti-inflammatory and protective cream comprises the structure-forming emulsifier, the fat base, the moistening and softening components, the biologically active additives, the preserving agents, and the water. The water-in-oil emulsifiers are used. Isopropylmyristate or isopropylpalmytate, liquid paraffin and castor oil are used as the fat base. Lanolin is used as the moistening and softening component. The biologically active additives represent the complex of the biologically active substances from the hop cones, the herb of the milfoil, the flowers of the calendula and the chamomile used as carbon dioxide extracts. Germaben II is used as a preserving agent.
