A gyro-turbine contains a housing, a mover, a gearing, a framework with the first flywheel, which rotates around local axis, and a unit of rotation around the second axis. The unit of rotation is equipped with a framework with additional flywheel, which axis of rotation coincides with local axis of rotation of the first flywheel, the second axis is located beyond the limits of flywheels, the unit of turn is directly connected to the output shaft of the mover, and all flywheels are cinematically connected with the housing through the gearing.
