The technique for one-step surgical treatment of the secondary deforming osteoarthrosis of the temporomandibular joint and microgeny comprises the osteotomy of the ramus of mandible, the installation of the distraction apparatus, the osteotomy of the neck of the condylar process, the mobilization, the displacement, the remodeling, and the reposition of the articular head.
