<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a signal processor capable of normally reproducing a stream received from a network without performing any special decode control, and transmitting the stream to external equipment in real time. <P>SOLUTION: A signal processor 13 has a TTS processor 103, an input control unit 104, a decode processor 107, and the like. The TTS processor 103 generates a real-time stream from a packet (TTS) having a time stamp transmitted via a network 3. The generated real-time stream is transmitted to the external equipment and is fed back to the input control unit 104. The input control unit 104 selects the inputted real-time stream.
