<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new method and device for accessing tumor, organs and tissues in order to implement surgical or intervention method without surgical incision in the body. <P>SOLUTION: This method generally includes formation of at least one extravascular path from a blood vessel or to a vascular or non-vascular target position. In the revascularization methods, the extravascular path is used as a conduit for accessing or implementing the method in the vascular or non-vascular target position.
