PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide-band band-pass filter which can contribute to size reduction of a device, and a wiring board. SOLUTION: An insulating layer 21 is provided with a wiring layer 22 and a ground layer 23. A conductor pattern 23m of the ground layer 23 has stubs 23m-st1 to 23m-st4 formed at respective input/output-side end parts of a signal line 22a provided on the wiring layer 22 and connected to a ground pattern 25 by via holes 24-v of the insulating layer 24. Slots 23sa, 23sb, and 23sc are provided which are extended from the end parts where the stubs are formed along the line 22a. The slots are formed having the slot direction not in the line direction of the line 22 at positions different from a region opposed to the line 22a or in the opposed region without parting the conductor pattern 23m. Slot lengths of short slots 23sa and 23sb are adjusted to set a high-frequency side stopping area, and slot length of long slot 23sc is adjusted to set a low-frequency side stopping area.
