PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device of high reliability. SOLUTION: The display device is characterized in having an IC and a layer which is as tall as the IC and adjusts substrate spacing on a substrate. Further, the display device is characterized in being provided with a first layer (material layer) including the IC and a second layer (material layer) which is as tall as the first layer (material layer) including the IC on the substrate.
