LIQUID STOCKPILE APPARATUS AND ITS OPERATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid stockpile apparatus and its operation method, which is capable of safely and rapidly discharging a specification liquid in a protective tube to the outside when an emergency shut-off valve is closed. SOLUTION: The liquid stockpile apparatus is equipped with a stockpile chamber 10 stockpiling the specification liquid 20 disposed under the ground, the protective tube 12 communicating with the stockpile chamber 10, and the shut-off valve 14 wherein a pump 16 pumping the specification liquid 20 in the stockpile chamber 10, a liquid pumping tube 17 connected to a discharge port of the pump 16 are disposed in the protective tube 12, and which shuts off the inflow of the specification liquid 20 in the stockpile chamber 10 into the protective tube 12. The liquid stockpile apparatus is provided with a discharge means discharging the specification liquid 20 in the protective tube 12 to the outside. An N2gas is supplied from a gas pipe 24 to the protective tube 12 to be pressurized, and the specification liquid is discharged outside the protective tube 12 through a specification liquid discharge tube 26.
