The invention relates to a motor vehicle comprising: a trunk (2) which is equipped with a lid (3) that can move between a closed position and at least one open position, and a convertible roof consisting of at least one rear roof element (5) which can move between a deployed position in which the element covers at least part of the passenger compartment of the vehicle and a retracted position in which the element is stored in the rear trunk (2) of the vehicle. The invention is characterised in that the vehicle also comprises a mounted roof element (11) which is solidly connected to the front edge of the lid (3) of the trunk (2) such that, when the lid (3) is in the closed position, the mounted roof element (11) essentially extends from the rear roof element (5) in the deployed position.
