<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate protection film which causes no degradation of visibility of a liquid crystal display (LCD) even when continuously used at high temperature or under high temperature and high humidity or at low temperature, and to provide a polarizing plate and the liquid crystal display using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The polarizing plate protection film has ≤10% transmissivity at 380 nm wavelength and ≥91% transmissivity at 450 nm wavelength and satisfies at least one among conditions A, B, and C condition described below. Condition A: variation width of transmissivity after elapse of 200 hours under environment of 80°C temperature and 90%RH humidity is respectively ≥80% and ≤120% toward transmissivity at respective wavelengths. Condition B: variation width of transmissivity after elapse of 200 hours under dry environment of 105°C temperature is respectively ≥90% and ≤110%.
