PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple food container wherein a pack container storing a delicate, expensive and small fruit such as strawberries is simply fixed on a peripheral frame. SOLUTION: An edge frame 2 whose inner peripheral face is formed with a groove 22 is pushed down from the top of a pack container 1 storing strawberries placed at a counter covering the outer peripheral face of the container 1. Then the protruding peripheral edge 11 of the container 1 moves up on the inner face of the frame 2 and when the same reaches the groove 22 of the frame 2, the same is inserted in the groove 22. In this way, while no worker touches even the edge frame of the container 1 storing the strawberries, the edge 11 is caught in the groove 22 of the frame 2 for the container 1 storing the strawberries to be integrated with the frame 2.
