<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging/discharging control system capable of charging a secondary battery easily from an outside power supply with a simple circuit structure. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with an AC/DC converter 2 connected to an external commercial power supply 1 and a battery module 3 that is made up of a plurality of single batteries BT1-BT6, which are charged by a voltage across the terminals of the AC/DC converter 2. When the battery pack is charged by electric power from the external commercial power supply 1, a controller 10 changes the connection state of each of the single batteries BT1-BT6 corresponding to between the terminals of the AC/DC converter 2 according to a power source voltage of the external commercial power supply 1, so that a voltage across the terminals of each of the single batteries BT1-BT6 making up of the battery pack is made variable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
